Tonkatsu sandwitch

Quand je ne tricote pas, je cuisine. Le menu de ce soir; Tonkatsu (port pané). Et en sandwitch, c'est encore meilleur! Et la tradition de chez Laurent Duchêne rend le sandwitch encore sublime. J'ai vraiment de la chance d'habiter just à côté de cette boulangerie.

When I don't knit, I cook. Today's menu; Tonkatsu. It's even better in sandwitch! The bread is "the tradition" from Laurent Duchêne in 13th arrondissement. One of the best bakeries in Paris. I am so lucky to live just near by.
